Security Deposit

A security deposit equal to 2 days rent in the form of a personal check that will be held by owner during the term of the rental agreement.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund of the deposit will be paid to Tenant for cancellations received prior to 30 days of arrival. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will be given to Tenant as a credit letter, valid for one year, to be used for rent at a later date. NO CASH REFUNDS SHALL BE GIVEN FOR CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL.
